Дуже тепло і привітно зустрів нас господар,в кімнаті було чисто,зручне розташування близько супермаркет і заправка просторі кімнати,є все необхідне мікрохвильова,холодильник,електро плита,пральна машинка,кондиціонер.Обовʼязково приїдемо ще,дуже сподобалось.Дякую!

We had a very enjoyable time at the Prima Guest House in Varna. The Host Dancho always was there to help us with our needs and provided what we would ask for. The price for the 13 nights during high peak season was unbeatable! Also it's only a 5 min walk to the 24h supermarket and the bus station either to the city of Varna or to the famous Golden Sands beaches! Also there is a lovely garden area with a pool.
There can't of anything at all that I didn't like.

Great and safe location, well equiped room, good price. Very good and positive communication with the owner. Nice garden with place to relax.
Thin walls - you can hear the noise from neighbors room. Kitchen is located outside in the garden.

The host is friendly, price is great and there're plenty of parking spots (in and out of the house).
The common space wasn't so clean, sheets for the bed weren't the right size (too small for the mattress). The pool isn't what it looks like on the pic (but still better than nothing i guess)
