Great hotel and amazing location

The friendliness of the staff and the hotel base. Very professional attitude and great spacious rooms. Since we were travelling for work in mid summer season, I believe we got 10/10 with Aurora Hotel. Recommend!!

Добро местоположение. Удобно и има всичко необходимо. Плажа е на около 15мин. пеша. Ако искате тихо и спокойно място, то това е вашето място. Нямаше нередности в стаята. Отново бих посетила.

Location and rooms were ok

the hotel is boaring... no activities.. breakfast is the same every day... we used the hotel only bed and breakfast, the pools were boaring and not clean..

3 star hotel, 2 star service

It is a good place if you have small kids. They have a small park and pool for kids wich are most of the time în a shadow area.

Food is low quality. Room cleaning is basic, they don't change towels only on demand. And they don't clean rooms during your stay they just arrange the beds.

Dirty rooms, ants on the floor, toilet full of pee..so I didn’t recommend this hotel :( Food is very poor.. Not enough snack…

Nice clean and comfo

Good choice in food. Staff very friendly.

Could have cushions or towels in hotel. There is no lounge just restruant bar and sit on a small terrace.

Some of the stuff really nice.

We waited 20 min more to make the check in , which let s say was not a big problem , but when we left , we tried to leave with 2 hours before and we had to wait one hour and 30 min so they could take the car that was blocking us . When I asked them if this is normal they said that they do not look which cars are leaving, but they look at the people. Why I put my phone number there and why they solicitate my plates number if they do not check who lives the place . It was something like , if the room are free it does not matter. And in the first day it was really dirty on the floors. All the rooms were dirty.

Bad hotel

The Pool, the gym and that the hotel was close to the beach.

The food was bad, room wasn't so clean, the staff didn't know english so it was difficult to communicate.

i don’t recommend this location for your holiday

swimming pool area not clean

all the wardrobes in the rooms is in bad condition and is got the same food every day nothing changes rice and chicken!!!!

The hygiene was poor - bad smell in the bathroom and the common toilet, not enough cleaning of the room as a whole, worn walls, furnitures and bathroom, no toilet paper once we ran off of it. The pictures here are way too unrealistic.

Bad value for the money

The location was nice, you could walk to the beach. The morning buffet was nice

It was not clean, the staff did not make the bed, they just threw new towels on the bed. Some hairs were on the floor when we arrived. The freezer did not really work and it was not looking as on the pictures.

I was like in time machine, back in 80’s. Very poor food. Unfriendly staff. Old sheets and towels.

Staff was nice, big room, balcony, room was very good overall.

Portion sizes and that the room was right by the stairs (noisy).
