The location is fantastic and surrounded by lovely fields to explore and a river running along the fields. Launceston is only a few minutes drive with plenty of shops/supermarkets.
There were lots of places to explore which were great with our children and dogs. A lovely part of Cornwall for a holiday.
The accomodation had everything you need to make the holiday a real home from home. The beds and sofas were really comfy and the cottage felt welcoming and homely. The cottage is well equipped with all the essentials plus nice little extra touches which made our whole experience easy and relaxing.
The hosts were so friendly and helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure a great holiday.
There is a huge outdoor pool and hot tub which we used a couple times. Its in a lovely secluded garden area and had decking and comfy sun loungers. The pool and hot tub were a really great feature. Lots of lovely fruit trees around too!
We booked a couple riding lessons as a family which was a great experience for us all with lovely staff and friendly horses.
We visited at the end of summer and even though we had lots of rain, we had an amazing time so definately a great place to visit all year around!
All in all, a great family holiday!

This was self catering. We had a lovely time amd were made to feel so very welcome. Hosts were lovely. Accomodation was perfect and we felt very at home during our stay! Its a shame more people dont make use of this beautiful place. Xx

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of rustic charm in the cottage, the hosts and all the staff of the equestrian centre were super friendly, welcoming & accommodating. Horses & ponies were gorgeous & obviously loved, and we could walk the dog in their surrounding field. Easy to get everywhere else for days out, situated between coasts. Riding lessons second to none! We will be back :)
