I had a very good stay on my third and longest trip to the Swiss Hotel. the quality of breakfast is still high, they helped arrange a taxi for me at short notice and gave me a prompt alarm call when i had an early departure on my last day. Air con was relaible in the room.
There were no TV channels available on the screen in my room, just Netflix. A hand towel would have been nice.

This boutique hotel is a gem. From the moment I arrived the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained. Comfortable rooms, very nice atmosphere leaving the guest space to relax. The Air con worked perfectly which was especially appreciated after a long day. the wi-fi conection was also very good.
Breakfast was another highligt, great selection to start the day.
Overall I could not have asked for a better stay. Iam coming back and will enjoy next time the swimming pool. Very inviting atmosphere.

Good size room, TV and shower, with fridge, kettle and coffees
Breakfast and dinner were very tasty
Nicely decorated, some quirky art
Staff at reception were a bit off hand - eg the transport we ordered for the airport was late and they weren't bothered
The room smelled smoky, but they said they didn't have another room
They ran out of various foods for breakfast and dinner, limiting choices
A long way from central town, but easy to get a tuk tuk

My booking did not include breakfast. It could have been an oversight when I was booking.
The bathroom was always flooded when used. The drainage was a problem.
