We have stayed here many times while renovating our house nearby. It's far better than a hotel because each room has a small kitchen area and sitting room. The staff are kind and polite and it's very convenient for all the shops, boulangerie etc.

The appartment was nice, the bathroom was new and rather splendid, teas were offered but no kettle! Luckily I am English and had brought my own. 😁 you can sit around in the gardens, and I did get my swim. I was just there for one night so didn't do any tourism but the area seemed charming.
It is in a care home albeit a separate building. The pool was in the home and was suited to the residents rather than tourists and had overly loud musak. Lots of security locks on all doors.
