The property is in the centre in a quiet area. Staff were very helpful.

Room was small, and I was expecting a view over the main courtyard, as in the room description, but this was not the case.

The fantastic location, the warm and generous woman who ran the breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor porch.
This was the second time out of 3 sicilian hotels where I was given a different quality of room than what I paid for and another in my family travel party (3 other rooms) got the room i paid for even though they had signed up for a lower quality room. I think in this case the problem is booking.com and their quality control processes and standards. I probably won't use booking.com again.
