Great location, very spacious suite. Federico was a superb host throughout our stay with very helpful advice and any issues were quickly resolved. Great breakfast at a nearly cafe
The very expensive coffee machine was very temperamental! But I'm sure Federico has it sorted now

Federico was an exceptional host and spent time explaining the area and recommendations for me. I was travelling alone and he made sure I was comfortable each day. The property was very clean and had a luxury feel to it. It’s in the centre of everything.

We love the location and spacious room. Helpful and understanding staff.
Confusing regarding different locations to check in (partly our fault for not checking the emails about it after we have booked the room), especially in a different part of the town, so unnecessary. We booked the room for a family of 3, a double bed and a sofa bed, disappointed that the bedding and sheets were not provided for the sofa bed. We were only there for 1 night and didn't make a fuss as we already have wasted our time regarding the check-in location.
