Fall asleep with the waves in the comfortable King size bed in the serene, relaxing bedroom that has access to the large balcony for amazing views and a flat screen TV. The living area has a queen size Murphy Bed for comfort and the Livingroom color is inspired from the ocean which reflects from the view off the balcony. Relax in the beautiful, comfortable sofa to watch a bit of TV and enjoy family meals in the cozy breakfast room. The spa-like bathroom has a full walk-in shower and continues the feeling of luxury and warmth with tile and granite. The private balcony is a perfect place for a little romance, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. The simple yet luxurious finishes include granite countertops in the bath, stainless steel appliances, a well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, luxury bath towels and sheets, and new, comfortable furniture. All you need to bring are your toiletries, beach/pool towels, swimwear, beach gear, and your own food. If you don’t want to cook on your vacation, there are many great restaurants near by. You could also walk to Bar Louie or Clayton’s which is next door for great Pina Coladas and food. This 712 square foot home, is able to accommodate a small family of 4 or 4 adults comfortably. An approved dog under 25lbs is allowed as long as it stays off the furniture, is clean, and is house trained with the pet fee. The elegant, relaxing and sophisticated condo enhances the functionality and livability to ensure the comforts of our guest while staying there. This little sanctuary will truly leave you with a calming, relaxing vacation you deserve. This non-smoking condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated in the winter. The home is equipped with a blender, coffee pot, pot’n’pans, microwave, dishwasher, 2 flat screen TVs with 6 HBO, 4 ESPN, and cable channels, linens, bath towels, 5 pillows, iron, and dishes. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property for your convenience. This is a 3rd Floor Condo with no Elevator, there are two stairs that are very easy. Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at beach. Other activities include dolphin watch, skydiving, surfing, fishing, bird and turtle reserves, horseback riding, golfing, four-wheeling, and many more. Visit the zoo in Brownsville or Mexico with a 45 minute drive. More information is provided in the front desk area. My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo for the week starting the day after Christmas 2023. Very clean, and newly renovated, we appreciated the interior design. Even though the unit is small, it felt large and warm. Only complaints were the master bed mattress or box spring needs replacing as way too soft for 6'-1" 250 lb man (discussed with owner). If you want total peace & quiet, the music from Clayton's Beach Bar could be potentially irritating but didn't bother us. Also the stove eye control labels need replacing (also talked to owner about afterwards) as it was a guessing game of sorts. The kitchen is well sized and equipped with spotless new appliances which was nice as we cook and cooked the trout we caught with no issues. Would be nice to have icemaker in freezer though. All in all, the kitchen was fairly well equipped but you will need to bring basic spices, etc. and cleaning supplies. Short walk to the beach. Don't bring a lot to carry as you do have two flights of stairs to climb to the front door. The pool is right at the front stairwell to the unit and was clean and nice with very friendly winter Texans visiting. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The owners were very responsive to questions, and we found the condo to be beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, with comfortable furniture, well-maintained. The location is great, as you’re so close to the beach and the view from the patio is beautiful. It is pretty loud on the weekends with the music from the Marriott but if you were there during the week it would be quieter

Renters beware: This is a nice property. However, the owners not only charged us $50 extra for late checkout despite the fact that they did not have new renters coming in, but also charged us $75 extra for “damages” afterwards…for things like dirty towels, sand on the floor, an iron that was ruined before we even arrived, etc. Except for a broken wine glass, all of the “damages” were just regular needed cleaning after a week long stay. We tried to communicate with the owners about it, but they were unreasonable.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice location and very easy access to beach. Condo development is older but very well maintained. Pool was heated and very clean. The condo is located on 3rd floor but has been nicely remodeled with granite and nice furnishings. Beds are comfortable. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

This is one of my favorite of the condos I’ve stayed in at the Tiki! Beautiful, clean, absolutely perfect! Owners are great to work with Bar Louie is next door and the music plays until 11 pm, in case someone likes to go to bed early. Highly recommend!

The property was as described and the condo was actually better than shown in the pictures online. The price was hard to beat. I enjoyed my stay and if I ever return to SPI I would put this property on top of my list of places to consider staying. The humidity was high which is not the owners fault. That’s just the climate there. Owners did provide a dehumidifier which had to be emptied several times a day. Again not the owners fault. That’s just what you’re getting into when you visit south texas. Overall it was a good value in my book.

My family has been coming to SPI for as long as I can remember. We have always loved the Tiki but haven't stayed there in years. We decided to go back to the property this summer and this condo was perfect! Everything we needed to make our vacation great!

Nice little condo, right on the beach so you don't have to worry about finding parking, plus the HOA has many measures in place to avoid party-animals and outsiders. The condo itself had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and chill when the heat became too much. I would definitely return.
