Most likely, the best thing about this hotel is its location, as you are literally in the very center of Adelaide and it is great that you can park your car near the nearest parking lot, which is 100 meters away. It is easier to buy a ticket at the reception than to pay 2-3 times more at the packing atm
I can't say anything specifically bad, since this hotel makes up for all the downsides with its price and location. It's clear that the hotel is quite old, starting with the entrance, the elevator, the corridors and the rooms themselves. Everything is quite old and requires renovation. The rooms are also in pretty poor condition and you feel like you're in a house from the seventies. But these are minor things. The reception made sure that my room was as clean as possible and all my requests were fulfilled according to my instructions.
