Very good location for a cycling trip along the River Danube path. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. A short walk into town centre.
Unfortunately we cycled during this summer's record heatwave and understand that many other guests had cancelled their trips accordingly. This traditional guesthouse has no air conditioning, and our room was on the south/west side of the building resulting in an extremely hot bedroom, difficult to sleep in. The manager provided us with 2 fans, but the heatwave defeated them. To be fair, had we stayed here during normal weather, our review would have been more positive.
