One member of staff on arrival was exceptional, the restaurant was closed but she ensured we got a snack, also the lady accompanied me to my room. Exceeded my expectations

This time there was a strong smell in my room. Also I wasn’t happy about being put in room 238 which is quite a distance from reception and the room didn’t feel as nice as my previous stay

the entrance is really nice, staff was really nice, optional buffet. we had a glimpse of one of the renovated rooms - they looked nice.

the room was on the “ugly/old” side of the hotel - the bathroom was pretty old, the carpet was indescribable ugly, bed was okay, but the price was way to high for that. no balcony no nothing. could have been a room in a random 2 star hotel.
