Nicely decorated. Good location.
Bathrooms have no sink top to place toiletries on and no full length mirror. Breakfast buffet only fair.

05 Aug 2026 @ 23:10 : I called the front desk to ask quire if the hotel had a scale to check the weight of my luggages. I would like to place on record the efforts put in from a young gentleman, who called him self MR O , he had gone the extra mile to ensure my luggage’s were weighed and brought back to my room. To my delight, Mr O had taken full responsibility to placing my baggage’s in the correct places in my room as well. He also had the courtesy to ask if there’s anything there’s to make my stay comfortable, just feel free to contact the front desk. What surprised me was when I was about to head to the airport on 06 Aug 2026, I see Mr O yet again, and even though it was his day off, he had the courtesy and approached me to ask if all was good and even checked with travel arrangements. The high light of my stay was the humbleness that came from this gentleman, Mr O who didn’t want any recognition for his assistance.I wish his supervisors or superiors do recognise him for his efforts. I will certainly book again here .
I wish that I could have had assistance with my luggage from the staff when I had checked -in had I had an op on my right hand. The ladies would not assist even after informing them of my predicament. The cold attitude was sad .

The lobby is impressive and the jacuzzi bath was very welcome. The location is good for access to and views across Songdo Central Park. Only 30-35 mins from the airport, it was great for an overnight stay if you prefer not to be in an airport hotel.
Compared to our experience at a hotel in Seoul where everyone was super friendly and welcoming the staff at this Songdo hotel seemed very formal and disinterested though I think it was partly a language barrier. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable but the fittings, particularly in the bathroom, felt tired. The jacuzzi bath was nice but there were little details like no hooks to hang a towel, toiletries in a wall dispenser like you’d find in an Ibis, and a shower door that jammed and did not close smoothy. The glass panelled bathroom relied on roller blinds for privacy and was disconcerting when using the toilet.
