Very clean , extremely good room service and not expensive
Charging to use the swimming pool $35 AUD for a swim is outrageous.
Also the hotel is too far from Seoul CBD
Breakfast is really expensive as well.

The location which is Near KINTEX and the buffet.
Everything went well. Although there are times that the hotel key card did not function properly but they managed to fix it and change a new card after it happened twice.

- The location is good for objectives in the area
- The beds were very good
- Close to the bullet train station
- The bathroom door is just a swinging piece of glass, so intimacy was less than zero
- The breakfast was dull
- The staff was generally kind but one massive dude at the breakfast entrance used a very raw, militaristic voice to inform us that we only had 4 minutes left to grab breakfast and finish it, making a bunch of people run around with plates like fools.
- The room wasn't cleaned for 4 days straight. When I asked for a clean-up, the reception said that first I must pay all the pending expenses (a couple of waters mainly), which is a bad way to approach a customer who's frustrated already.
- To add more incompetence on top, someone at the reception messed the said payment and days after my leaving they contacted me to ask me to pay for those pending expenses, only to discover after my refusal that they had overlooked them in the first place.
