Breakfast, high tea, service, location, staff, courtesy, everything was great. me and my family enjoyed the stay and we got upgraded to higher end rooms and it was so nice.
Nothing in such just the food in restaurant was expensive and no buffet available. Rest nothing much that was not good. Everything else was acceptable

Property is good, needs maintenance which is a major issue, taps are falling out, shower comes down, pet poops on the walk way, property is large in size but need to be maintained, they claim to be a 5star property, need to examine who has accredited them with 5 star ? Needs big time improvement of their buffet spread of Breakfast, lunch and dinner. They cannot charge 8 times for normal diet coke ? Just by giving a can from the refrigerator you cannot charge a customer 8 times of an MRP. Just because there are no options nearby the property you should not charge exorbitantly,
Property was large in size and had a good view of the lake, well planned horticulture developed around the property, should be able to maintain it.
