Fantastic!
A nice little guesthouse with a lovely garden. The family is very friendly and welcoming.
The beach is just 2 minutes down the road, so excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful too.
My room was equipped with kettle, big water bottle, fridge coffee&tea. The room was cleaned daily and it was super clean overall - zero complaints. Breakfast was served to the bungalow, just chose the option and time a day before via whatsapp.
I had a great time, zero complaints and would certainly come back again. Thank you!!

Close to the beach, very clean and spacious room. Simple but enjoyable breakfast and always hot and on time.
Stay would have been better if there was a swimming pool as the sea, while very close was unswimmable due to seasonal currents. We were aware that the facilities did not have a pool but were unaware of sea conditions. A suggestion for the owners to maybe arrange use of another resorts swimming pool at an additional cost if required.

Pondok Shindu was a lovely place to stay. We had a deluxe room. The air conditioning was very good, shower good, fridge and kettle etc useful. A very short walk to the beach and not far to a supermarket. Putu, Brx’s son was a good driver, collecting us from the ferry port and then driving us to near Tanah Lot with some stops along the way that we had selected. There is a tasty warung nearby.

Brilliant location for walking to the beach or a selection of restaurants and cafes. Our hosts helped organise a snorkelling trip during our stay and pick from Gilimanuk before arrival.
Soundproofing between the rooms wasn’t great so you’re at the mercy of the volume at which your neighbours interact!
