We have an ocean view, beautiful 2 bedroom, two bath, 1/2 duplex located just 200 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy some R&R at the exclusive Cabana Club located right across the street. Have the benefit of walking back and forth in just seconds. Our guests have access to the private club's gorgeous beaches, junior Olympic size pool, hot tub, delicious food/beverage poolside service, snack bar and shop. The club is equipped with lounge chairs by the beach and pool. As you unwind from a day in the sun, walk right across the street to Havana Jacks for some flavorful food, drinks and live music by the ocean. Hang with some locals down the road at Sunset Park and watch a spectacular sunset. Our master bedroom has a King size bed, 2dressers, flatscreen television and full bath. Our guest room has 2 twin beds, dresser, full closet, flatscreen television and full bath. Our kitchen includes all appliances you need to prepare delightful meals. Our spacious living room is equipped with complimentary high speed internet, flatscreen television, 2 sofas( one pull out) and stream your music from your phone with our bluetooth speaker. “The Keys to Happiness” was absolutely perfect for our family. Location was perfect-we were able to kick back and relax after days spent at the pool and different beaches. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very prompt in replying. I am telling everyone how great our trip was and that they need to stay here! :)

WOW! This place is perfect! Love the decor. Super clean. Quite neighborhood. Laurie and Joe where easy to get a hold of and where very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Also liked meeting your mom and dad! The condo is in the perfect location. Easy to go north to Key Largo or south to Key west, both within an hour or so drive. The passes to the Cabana Club across the road were awesome. So easy to just walk over and enjoy the pool/beach and restaurant/bar. Grocery stores, post office, restaurants all very conveniently close by. Would highly recommend Sunset beach just down the road for a beautiful sunset. Sombrero beach is only about 15-20 min. south of the condo. Would also recommend Sunset Bar & Grill for the food and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo. We really enjoyed the property. Laura is very kind and helpful. Condo is large and it was plenty of space for our family of 5. Just a short walk to a cabana club which has a pool and a beach. Overall property was very clean and well taken care of, owners have done some updates lately. 5 out of 5.

Located right across the road from the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Unfortunately, HJ was closed for vacation. Bright, cheery condo with cute retro accessories and everything you would possibly need for a great vacation. The owner, Laurie, and I had great communication and we loved that she shared the area restaurants and things to do. There's a washer and dryer and tons of towels. The mattresses were so comfortable and I loved the ceiling fans in every room. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Laurie!

We have stayed at this home several times through the years and have never had a bad experience. The ownership has stayed in the family and we appreciate the continuity of the family being a wonderful hosts.

Laurie`s Condo
I was in regular correspondence with Laurie regarding the stay, before and during the trip. This is a lovely spacious condo in a great area. It has plenty of space for a family of older teenagers as we have. The Beach Club is just on the other side of a quiet road which adds to the amenities availbale at the property. Family Holiday
We stayed here with my husband, two children and mother and father in law. The property was way more spacious than I expected. It was cherry clean. Communication was great.
This place is great for young families. Access to the cabana pool and walking distance to two great parks.

Perfect Location - Best Value
This is not the largest or most luxurious house on Key Colony Beach, but it’s hands down the best house for the money. The location is perfect, right across the street from the Cabana Club and Key Colony Beach is a great place to stay to explore Marathon. The house is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. We like to cook on vacation and the house had everything we needed, including a gas grill. If you’ve read this fall, let me save you some time, just book the house, you will enjoy it.
We had 2 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The house would be comfortable with 4 adults and fine with 6 adults as long as someone is ok with a pull out couch. The two bathrooms were a little small, but it’s better to have two than one large one.
The Cabana Club is close enough it’s almost like having a pool and beach at your house. It was easy enough that we went over several times just for a quick dip in the pool or hot tub.
We’ve stayed in a number of house rentals and Steve is the best owner we’ve ever rented from. Communication was great and it was very clear he wanted us to have a great stay. He made the whole process smooth and easy. We would definitely rent from him again, and would love to stay here another time.

Ocean View
The ocean view is through two hotels across the street. The ocean walk of 200 ft is through the Cabana Club, which you are given a membership to when you rent the duplex. The pool is always crowded and if you don't get there before they open, good luck in getting a chair. Overall though, the stay was pleasant. The property is a little dated but has all the conveniences you would need. I took pictures of some of the things we didn't do to the place just in case. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text message. Marathon and Key Colony are our go to vacation place, so we will be back, however will most likely rent a smaller place right on the canal water. This place is great if you have a larger group as is has two bathrooms. The TV in the bedroom didn't get the same channels as the one in the living room. Water pressure in shower was good. The king size bed was comfy. The A/C worked well. Plenty of towels and dishes in the kitchen even though I didn't cook while we were there. The food at the Cabana club is tasty and the bartenders were awesome. The location was very easy to get to where you can ride bikes (we brought our own) to just about everything including some great restaurants. Our duplex was 390 but the 380 side is closer to the canal with a patio off the back with a slider and stairs where the bbq is placed. Our back deck was small and faces the neighbors (corner unit). The front deck was much larger and had plenty of chairs to sit on. I would recommend staying here, either a family or two couples.

Great place and times
We loved the location and there are a lot of things to do nearby. Steve, the owner, was really good and prompt with communication. He check with us on day one to make sure everything was good. The pool was clean, large, never crowded and very nice. It is located just across the street and down one or two doors about 100 yards away.
The only downfalls were the pool hours. It closes early, 5:00PM on Mondays and 7:00PM every other day. The pool also does not allow pool toys or inflatable inner tubes for the kids. They have strict rules that say no cannon balls. Our kids love both cannon balls and tossing dive toys and diving down after them. Unfortunately they were not aloud to. The pool is be better suited for adults, and older kids who want to relax more than play. That being said, our kids still had fun in the pool and the beach located just outside the pool.

Perfect House-Perfect Location!!
We rented the left side of this duplex for a week and loved every minute of it! Myself,my husband,my daughter and my friend had plenty of room to do our own thing. The place is not huge but it's 2 bedrooms,1 with twin beds, was just right for us.Very well supplied with towels,cooking utensils and gadgets. Has washer and dryer, right across the street from the Cabana Club and a big nice pool and the ocean and beach is right there also! Very close to shopping and Marathon is pretty much the midway point of the Keys, we took fishing trip on Capt Michael's boat from Robbie's on Islamorada for one day which was great. We caught enough for dinner that night and lunch the next day!! Yummy! Went to Key West one day and had a good time there too.All in all, we couldn't believe our week was up and we had to leave! Would recommend for anyone that wants a nice clean inexpensive place to stay in the Keys!!

The home was well taken care of inside and out. Very clean and very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything. The Cabana club for pool access was a nice touch too the week off.
One Warning do not eat at Havvan Jacks across the street until they have a real and perminate kitchen. Great place to relax for a drink just don’t get the food.

Just what we were looking for.
Very nice, spacious unit. Good value for all that comes with the unit. We especially liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. Very comfortable king bed. All rooms were good-sized. We liked the relaxed “feel” it had. Nice central location in the middle Keys. Plenty of good, laid back restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was fairly active during the day, but quiet at night.

This duplex is just one block from the ocean using the Cabana Club facilities just across the street. House is very well equipped being a rental house. Frying pans were brand new! All necessities provided, i.e. TV, Wifi, towels, linen etc. Nice to have breakfast on the porch as well as an afternoon beer. Communication with the owner was seamless and the deposit was returned very fast. Can recommend this place and the small community of Key Colony Beach. It is a small and friendly neighbourhood where people seem to know each other. Very calm and safe. Marathon is close by for shopping etc. If there is one thing on the negative side, the beach is not there for your morning walk.

Fantastic Honeymoon / Vacation in this location!
We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and vacation in this location. The condo house was clean and complete and perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The proximity to the pool, beach and restaurant/bar was an added bonus! By the way the food and service at the restaurant is great! We had everything we needed and felt totally at home (although it really was a piece of heaven!) Steve provided great tips on where to dine and what to visit and we loved it so much we are already talking about our next trip down south!

Perfect Vacation Spot in Paradise
This is our 4th? time at Steve's E Ocean Dr property. We have never had anything close to a bad experience. My wife and I will rent from him as long as he is still renting! House is very nice with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Location is perfect.

I have enjoyed many holidays in the Keys but in this house I HAD MY BEST HOLIDAY YET.Cant wait to return this year
