We spent five nights at Fairmont Jakarta for our honeymoon and WOW — what an incredible experience from start to finish! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the level of service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The entire team were warm, welcoming and incredibly professional, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
The hotel itself is immaculate, our room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. We were especially touched by the thoughtful honeymoon surprises, including a personalised message written on our mirror, delicious petit desserts and fresh fruit delivered to our room.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the room service was outstanding, and a visit to the day spa is an absolute must — the massages were simply incredible!
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Fairmont Jakarta team for going above and beyond and making our honeymoon so memorable. You made our stay truly special, and we would not hesitate to recommend Fairmont Jakarta to anyone visiting. We look forward to returning! 🤍

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend for the Ye concert. The staff were super friendly and the room was very large and spacious with good facilities.
The breakfast selection was a little repetitive.

The location was good, within walking distance to the malls and the stadium for runs or jogs.
Staff were helpful and friendly went above and beyond for the guests.

Great location
I just couldn't sleep at all. We were on the 20th floor in a suite, yet the noise from the traffic below was unbearable. It was especially awful during the night and early morning around 4 or 5 am—it honestly felt like I was right in the middle of a motorcycle racing circuit. 😣
