The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in the most fantastic location, right in the heart of Saint-Rémy. Everything is on your doorstep, yet our room was incredibly peaceful, with excellent soundproofing and very quiet air conditioning. The room itself was wonderfully comfortable, with an enormous bed, beautiful linen, divine Aesop products and a fabulous marble shower. The food was excellent, and the roof terrace is simply stunning, with wonderful views across the Alpilles, rooftops and church. The rooftop pool is small but beautifully done, and the jet stream is a lovely added touch. The wine shop attached to the hotel is also fantastic, with a wonderful selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. Most of all, though, the staff were exceptional. I was unwell during our stay and they went completely out of their way to look after me, bringing ice for my back, making the bed more comfortable and generally being incredibly kind and thoughtful. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Honestly, very little. The rooftop pool is quite small, but it is beautifully situated and the jet stream makes it much more useful than a conventional small pool. Otherwise, we really couldn’t fault the hotel.

Exquisite hotel in an amazing location. The staff was superb, it is a place to stay when you want to enjoy St. Rémy, but be able to disconnect. The hotel is quiet and very private. A well done design and use of the 17th century building. Recommend to book reservations at the Michelin star restaurant in advance.

Cleaness, Room size and Comfort. Quiet. Location.
Room key is terrible, take lot of effort to lock and unlock. Barely has any service. No bar. no pool. no spa, no restaurants, elevator only goes to public area.
