Service at this hotel is beyond exceptional. My visit to Paris would not have been the same if I did not have Swan and Michaela helping with tips and suggestions on best restaurants and boutiques around as well as ensuring that everything we needed was catered for. We stayed in the room on the first floor with an outdoor veranda ( thanks Michaela). If you can afford it, I strongly recommend these rooms. Clean, bigger and you have a veranda for late night bottle of wine and cheese… I mean…
On arrival you might feel that the corridor to the rooms are narrow and they are but most hotels in Paris have narrow… allow yourself to see beyond that.

Hotel is located a very short walk away from the metro. Surrounded by lovely bars and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English so communication wasn’t an issue. The little touches the add throughout our stay made it even nicer!
We had an unfortunate leak in our room, and within 10 minutes of reporting this we have been moved to a new room with no issues whatsoever. This was of no real inconvenience to us but the staff still made sure, over the next 2 days of our stay, to check we were okay and there were no issues with our new room. Would definitely stay here again due to the friendly staff and fantastic location. As we were leaving, we were told about other locations in the UK the Experimental group have which we weren’t aware of!
Would also recommend eating at the restaurant attached, we only had breakfast and wished we’d had planned to have dinner as the food was delicious!
Nothing to complain about!
