Lakes, walks, wildlife. Most places offer anything from a cold table cereal, fruit etc plus cooked English. We had the feeling we could only eat one or the other choice. Food was good and nicely cooked.
Loose handrail leading up to the property. Poor quality towels.

The property is in a beautiful setting and convenient to reach from the main road. The host was very friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean as was the en-suite shower room. It was very quiet and we slept well. There is lots of parking and a beautiful lake to sit by or walk around.
Breakfast was flexible and plentiful with cold and hot options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Farm location, nice garden & view, good rooms (with independent access) and breakfast room, lovely host, good choice & quality of breakfast.
Just a few very minor items like loose loo seat, loose shower pole.
