With restaraunts and shopping just around the corner, this a great place to stay. The two bedroom condo was just as it looks in the pictures. The floor plan was a little different, but OK. The two bedrooms are separated from each other. So everyone has some privacy. There is dark paint in the hallway to the second bedroom and washer/dryer. Lights are needed even in the day time. Even though the dark paint diminishes the light in the house, there are lights shining in the bedroom windows from the parking lot and near the front door that keep the bedrooms aglow after sundown. Perhaps some room darkening curtains would be better if you prefer to sleep in the dark. I was a little underwhelmed when I realized there are no dressers in the bedrooms. Especially when the requirement for stay is 60 day minimum. I don't mind living out of a suitcase for a day or two when at a hotel, but 60 days and no dresser is an inconvenience. There were also some burned out lightbulbs. I did talk with the owner and I was expected to change them out myself. I was also expecting some kind of welcome book with instructions regarding the place and/or a journal from previous guests about their finds. I've seen many in the past a previous places. I did have to wonder: Where do I take the garbage? Where is the garage? I had to call the owner to get the answers. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Could there be menus to promote the local business? Jason James Pizza Bistro is only a few feet away. We did eat there once. You have to get the pizza! Walgreens and CVS are right there, too along with a couple grocery stores. Getting used to the security was a bit of a pain. A $10 fee to get a sticker on your car and still get stopped by security every time you come into the facility. Or you can get a transponder for $50 (non refundable) and get in easier. Would have been nice to know some of these things before. All in all I did enjoy my stay in Vegas. Family time was the most important asset. I'm not a gambler, so I didn't even set foot in a casino (even though there were restrictions due to the pandemic). There are some beautiful places to enjoy; Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Exploration Peak, and the list goes on. And don't forget the Hoover Dam and try kayaking on the Colorado River at Willow Beach. Then stop at Hemenway Park in Boulder City and see the bighorn sheep. So much more to enjoy while in Las Vegas. Enjoy!

The stay was nice, it is in a great location. Sometimes the security is tricky to work with but they are just doing their job.
