We loved the location. It was in the perfect spot. We could walk from the ferry, and the restaurants were right at our door. We worried it would be noisy but once inside we couldn’t hear anything from our room. Our host was so detailed and helpful. The aircon was amazing and it felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.
Our only small complain was the bed. We are a little older and love our creature comforts, and found the bed not so comfy. But this would not deter us from staying there again as we absolutely loved everything else about it. Thank you again. We also loved Paros. Highlight of our trip.

Amazing location right in the main part of Parikia town. You can step outside with a perfect view of the sunset over the water, right into the cute streets, or go down the stairs to the town’s ocean drive. Free parking a short walk away. Good AC. Very responsive host. Solid kitchen facilities and coffee. Very pretty interior walls and design. Parikia is the best town to stay in to visit Paros with good food, vibrant shopping scene and some bar-based night life, and Portes View was probably in the best part of Parikia.
Though the music from nearby bars can be a little loud at night the AC covers it up. Greek toilets have very small pipes so you need to get used to not flushing toilet paper. Bathroom was very small and the shower sprays into the rest of the bathroom as there is no proper screen, so everything gets pretty wet & had no exhaust vents which turns it into a sauna very quickly. Very squeaky beds and pillows somewhat lumpy. While it was nice to meet someone at check in, it would have been easier if check in had been a message with the lockbox code and brief guide rather than waiting around for someone to arrive. You do have to carry your luggage up a lot of stairs to get there but that’s to be expected for the location. I also note it took us a little bit to find the apartment as the location is a street or two off in maps, but the pictures on booking.com helped us get the right place. For reference, you want to take the stairs next to bebop, as it is right behind it.

The property was clean and tidy.
Not situated on ground level. Over 40 steep stairs from the street. Very difficult with luggage. No outdoor living. Front Door is right next to an office door no table outdoor table as pictured. Sea view only from front door when shutter open and people are looking in.
Meters away from noisy bar every night until 3am. Absolutely no parking near or available despite advertising street parking. Bathroom small and dated. Have to turn hot water on to heat up each time you shower. Bathroom supplies for hair and body insufficient for a stay of several days.
