Nice place and very comfortable
I booked my bed before I came, but recent days I arrived my plan was changed, I had to leave the hotel early two night as my booking but I have come back Shinjuku late, I did ask the reception to modify/ adjustment my booking but they refused.

The location is very closed to shinjuku
The facility is very limited. And thin wall. It cost a lot of small things for towel rent or detergent to wash clothes. While I am at another hostel. It’s cheaper and towel is free and change every day.
