A good cleaning and upgraded linens would make this place truly special

Location and view were great. The tram at Port Lympia station was nearby, and there was an Italian food shop, a pharmacy, and a bakery just around the corner.

The apartment is in a great location and has real potential to be something special, set against a beautiful rock with a tree growing straight out of it—truly amazing. However, the cleanliness was disappointing: the mattresses, pillows, towels, and linens were old, worn out, and not clean. The towels didn’t dry properly, had an unpleasant smell, and showed bleach stains, which made me question how they had been cleaned. Now i noticed on other photos those ase same towels from 2023. wiFi was low, and cutting out one by one videoprime, netflix we had only youtube at the and.

Fantastic location, highly recommended to stay here.

Damien was very communicative and extremely kind, letting us check in several hours earlier. The apartment was in a prime location to access all of beautiful Nice, and the view was breathtaking. The minimilistic apartment was safe, spacious, warm, and very pleasant. We were certainly not disappointed here. The high ceilings create space, and its simpicity meant we could fully relax.

There is nothing to dislike on a serious level. However, if i have to remark on some things to make it even better, I'd suggest more comfortable seating in the living room as we were a family of 5, 2 pillows each on the beds, a clean loo brush, dustpan and brush, more mugs, spray avaliable to clean. The drawer on one unit was broken in one bedroom, too. This is me being very picky. Overall, it was great and highly recommended.

Die Lage und die Kommunikation warer super

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnung hatte viel zu bieten aber zb. die Handtücher konnte man aufgrund des gammeligen Geruches nicht benutzen. Die Dusche könnte man auch bei der Dichtung erneuern damit sie dicht ist.
