Location and size
Neighbour always complaining about us moving in apartment. Apparently sound is very loud on floor below but made us feel like we could not enjoy being in apartment

Posizione straordinaria, vicinissima a metro, tram e fermata dell’autobus: a piedi si raggiunge comodamente tutto il centro di Nizza. Casa molto grande e luminosa, con arredamento moderno e curato. Ottima pulizia e presenza di elettrodomestici efficienti e ben funzionanti. Bene kit di cortesia per cucina, con caffè. Bene presenza due bagni.
Alcuni elementi come pentole, cuscini e disposizione delle docce potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

It’s located in the port area. It’s big enough to host 6 people and there were all essential things you would find in a booking / Airbnb apartment.
Staff responsiveness was disappointing. When I reported a dirty towel and pillow, my request was initially dismissed, and staff only agreed to send someone after I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction. I then found a spare towel and pillow already in the house, so I told them there was no need to send someone out on a Sunday. Their reply was simply "it's time to enjoy" — as if I'd done nothing but complain the whole stay. Dismissive, and another example of poor customer service.
The property also needs maintenance. The shower in particular was nearly unusable due to very low water pressure. Checking other reviews, I found similar complaints from several months ago — suggesting the property/agency isn't taking guest feedback seriously.
