The staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. They attended to our needs promptly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were always accommodating, approachable, and willing to assist whenever we needed something.
There are no hooks for hanging wet clothes because the existing hanging hook is damaged. Some bathroom items, such as the coasters, also need to be replaced. There are no hand towels available.

Toilet leaked on the floor constantly, bed was way too soft (2 foam mattresses), breakfast food was cold at 7am, and the heater for the shower was off at first; but, fixed and never worked well.
