Friendly host, good breakfast, good location
Not sure if all Riads are like this, but it was very loud. You hear every guest that enters the building, talks at reception or in hallway, opens their door.. fine during the day (unless you’re trying to have a siesta) but very annoying when guests come in at midnight and later (especially the clueless ones who don’t seem aware that others might be sleeping.) Also kids are playing outside the window until at least 11pm every night.

The big breakfast and the relaxing terrace were the highlights. Located in a pleasant local neighbourhood tucked away from the tourist and tourist-catering masses. Very clean.
Not many places to eat immediately near the property but it’s only a 10min walk to the nearest strip.

Great aminities and a very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help with any requests
In winter the ac didn’t warm up the room but that was the only fault I could find
