Suddenly before checking out I was surprised breakfast charges I didn’t order, I made it very clear to the guy at reception that it wasn’t mine. After long conversation he was convinced that it wasn’t mine and maybe it’s technical problem . When I’m back home was surprise they send me a bill again and ask for the same money. After long conversation it was for the previous guest not mine:)
The cleaning was not good at all, even the tools they are using for house keeping
