Get away from it all and let the ocean restore you. All CDC suggested disinfectant guidelines are being followed in cleaning of the unit between guests. This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle (parking is available for large vehicles and campers or for an additional vehicle for a $25.00 fee), Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. This was an amazing place. Laura was the sweetest host. We had a little trouble getting the key but Laura took care of it fast. If you are looking for a nice clean relaxing vacation with a amazing views this is your place. Nothing beats the noice of the ocean when you wake up.

We fully enjoyed our stay! Its a great location and having an assigned, covered parking spot is a plus. It's walking distance to a whole bunch of great restaurants and steps away from the beach.. The view and ocean sounds were my favorite part of my stay. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We were thrilled with the expansive view of the ocean as you walk into the apartment. We saw dolphins cruising back and forth each morning. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms were as we expected size wise. Even with no AC it was super comfortable. We left the sliding door opened all night and used the ceiling fans and slept very comfortable.
We know the eating spots we like from previous trips and enjoyed them and new ones we found as well.
The roof deck was nice for our BBQ and there was no need to pre-clean them before cooking so they are well taken care of and in good condition.
We will definitely check for openings in the building for another stay if we have the opportunity! The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We had a great stay at Capril By The Sea. You can’t beat the location and the view. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the afternoon and beaching it in the morning. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the fans as the rooms could get a little warm at night. We would recommend to friends.

Very nice property- we loved that we could’ve joy the ocean view and sounds from the comfort of the condo . No problem with condo or owner . She was very responsive. The pool / hot tub were not connected to the condo unit ( may have said in description) . The roof top was not what we remembered from listing and did not look very inviting . Neither of those issues impacted our stay or enjoyment of our time there .

My friend and I had a great stay here at this condo. It’s on the sixth floor and had a spectacular view. The ocean sounds were awesome to have all day long, I didn’t want to leave. We had a great parking spot very close to the elevator from the parking garage And only needed to use the car once the entire week when we went over to Coronado Island. the rest of the week we walked everywhere, miles every day on thin you!the beach and boardwalk. Felt very safe with the secure, parking and building/elevator entry. Check-in was easy, just picked up the keys at the front desk, and we were on our way. The furniture was very comfortable, though the couch was a little worn and could use a replacement. Other than that it was awesome. The shower had great water pressure, which can sometimes be an issue. We enjoyed having the sliding glass door open all day. And enjoyed the ocean sounds and breezes. Highly recommend !

The minute I walked in, the view was breathtaking, was beautiful, everything about the place was comfortable, and relaxing. The pictures on the listing, although accurate, I was blown away, help awesome place wise. Had everything I needed. Made walking down to the beach as simple as it can be. I could literally just be sitting at that window, and stare out of it all day. I chose to sleep on the couch and keep the slider open just to hear the sound of the waves. I never slept better thank you Laura for an awesome experience and I hope you will have me back. I will absolutely recommend you to every single person I talk to you. We loved it!

Perfectly located 2 bedroomed apartment in Mission Beach, just a short walk north of the ends of Garnet Avenue/Grand avenue.
Lovely living room in the apartment with a big comfy sofa, and a sliding door that opens to give a great view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen too. Beds are comfortable and there is enough drawer space for clothes. Bathroom is compact, but well designed with a good shower and plenty of cupboard space. The secure parking space is a godsend - it's lovely to come back after a long day and know you don't have to battle for parking.
Laura is a great host, prompt to reply with check in details, and provided useful info on things to do / places to eat.
No problems with noise for us. The complex is far enough away from the main road that you don't get any traffic noise or bar noise. If you are an extremely light sleeper, you might get disturbed by the gentle 'whoosh' of the lifts, but the 3 of us didn't notice it.
Location is perfect. Easy access to the 2 main avenues to bring you back up to the freeway, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the beachside cafes for a relaxed breakfast.
Really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again without hesitation.

The Capri is a great location just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The view is amazing and the room had everything our family needed for the stay. We will look to stay again our next trip to San Diego.

We loved our stay in this beautiful beachfront condo. It was well furnished for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the living room sectional was perfect for us to all hang out on. It was a little chilly but we were still able to walk along the beach and enjoyed watching the surfers. The path along the beach was great for walking to shops and restaurants. We were able to enjoy the pool a little and our boys loved that it was heated! It was an easy drive to Sea World and the La Jolla Caves. The security in the building was nice to have and all the staff and residents were very friendly. We’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area!

Some minor cleanliness issues but would 100% stay again. It was beautiful being able to have coffee and watch dolphins and surfers out the window. Very easy to get ahold of the owner. I would highly recommend. Our boys are 9&11 and wanted to live there :) thanks so much!

This location is amazing!! The unit was perfect for our family of four and we were within walking distance to our favorite bars, restaurants and shops. We needed a break from the snow of MN and we found a perfect place. Everything we needed was at the condo, especially the ocean view. I had a few questions for Laura and she was quick with answers. I would definitely stay here again. Views alone would bring me back.

This is one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. The location was great! Right on the beach and easy access to the places we wanted to go. Love that the building was secure. I would definitely stay here again if I were ever in the area.

Stayed for just under 2 weeks with the family (2 and 4 year olds). We LOVED our time here. The unit is fantastic and worked perfectly for our family.
Views are breathtaking, and given time spent in unit with kids, it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with the beach and pool just steps away. All the beach supplies we needed were provided (chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards etc). Having the main commercial stretch of Pacific Beach just blocks away was so great. We walked to restaurants every day safe ate very well.
Overall could not recommend this unit enough.

An excellent, well maintained condo. The only shortcomings we saw was the TV channel guide provided was totally wrong, and basically all the beach toys and chairs in the closet are broken/nonfunctional.

You will not be disappointed with this rental. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay (e.g. dishes/silverware, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, etc... even beach chairs and beach towels!). The ocean view from the huge front windows is amazing and the cool breeze into/through the condo never stops (...being easterners, we were concerned when learning there was no A/C... but it's not needed at all... you'll enjoy a wonderfully comfortable breeze 24/7). It was a perfect stay and we can't wait to return!

We have stayed in Capri by the Sea several times in different units and thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time!
This unit has a wonderful kitchen with many items you would need. Only one bathroom but had two sinks one sink located outside of bathroom which is helpful especially if you have more than 2 people staying there.
Highly recommend this unit and the complex in general.
