Excellent location, close walking distance to everything including the train station. The front desk staff was very helpful, also nice breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and quiet, we would stay there again if we return to Cinque Terra.

I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of
the reception staff, particularly Mike, as well as the entire team.
The room was comfortable and clean, not noisy at all. Breakfast was also amazing.
The location is extremely convenient for those arriving by train, especially as the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out.
Overall I am very satisfied.

This has what we were looking for in Cinque Terre, it has a paid parking very close by, but very safe.
The welcome was very good, the reception made us feel at home straight away, and helped us with directions, and finally the room was clean and full of amenities.
The breakfast spread had lots on offer including various fresh fruit which was appreciated! Try this place!

Great location and a very pleasant stay. We experienced some train delays getting there, but the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
