Lovely staff- available by phone.
Clean, nice room.
Location is pretty central but unfortunately the room is not soundproof and is a bit noisy with motorbikes and cars at night.

I loved everything from the location, design and functionality of the room, price and most importantly, the hospitality of the host.

The property was clean, and well located.
Single beds were very small and uncomfortable, and other guests could be heard in the foyer. Additionally, while consistent with other accommodation in La Spezia at the time, the room was overpriced (as was all accommodation at that time). Staff were excellent though.
