Sehr freundlicher Manager. Hat uns super viel mit der Organisation vor Ort geholfen und war dabei sehr engagiert. Wir haben ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. Das war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Bett gemĂĽtlich und konstant warmes Wasser und gutes WLAN.
Nicht Schuld des Hotels, aber die Gäste, die täglich morgens zur Safari fahren, sind sehr laut gewesen (4 uhr morgens), was das Ausschlafen erschwert.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The late evening view was breathtaking, and the entire resort is surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel deeply connected with nature. It’s one of the best places to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Perfect stay for anyone who wants to experience nature at its best and spend some quiet time away from the rush of daily life.
The staff here made our stay truly memorable. Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our visit. A special thanks for going above and beyond by arranging a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife—the gesture meant a lot to us. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued, and we truly appreciate all their efforts.

Breakfast was good. Staff was polite.
The room was very noisy. You can hear the traffic passing-by very loud, people in the rooms next to you and floor below you. Room claimed lake view, but there was no view from the room. You could see the lake only if you stand at the entrance of the room.
