Breakfast had limited options, but very well made. Dinner was very good as well - made to order. Location was fantastic and was the highlight. It was right next to a prominent view point called Calvary Mount and that made it more special.
Parking facility was not adequate, but just a minor point. The approach road for just a few metres was not that good, but I am just nitpicking. Everything else was excellent.

This resort is an underrated place. It has a great view of the Idduki catchment (from floors 2nd and above). If you are lucky you can also witness the cloud beds here. You can have access to nearby quick mountain hikes. The stay itself is quite comfortable, great food and well thought amenities. We didn't face any problems and the staff was able to cater to random snack requests in the evening.
Credit Card transactions are currently charged at a fee, they should consider getting rid of this.

Location: walking distance from the Calvary view point. They also offer customized treks to areas in Idduki.
The bed linen was not clean. The staff claimed that it was fresh linen. They outsource the laundry service and I think they do not segregate while washing, so there was little hairs and weird dirt particles stuck on bedsheets. The staff claimed that the sheets were new, even when they sent more fresh linen to us, that had a spider in it, we went and kept it back at the reception.
Either they need to invest more in linen and buy better linen so that these dort particles don't stick to the linen in the laundry or they need to start in house laundry.
