The two bedroom and three bath apartment with a study was on two levels and it was very spacious. The staff from front desk to chamber maids were all so polite and helpful. The facilities such as the large gym, clean locker/changing room, and dinning room were all very clean and nicely appointed. The location is amazing, dental office, restaurants, hair salons, spas, and grocery shopping all just downstairs or a a couple minute walk away.
On our final night, new guests moved in above us and were up past 2:30 am. They walked around the hardwood floor with their shoes on, creating loud echoes. They also slammed drawers and cabinets, making it unbearable. I called the front desk to complain, and the situation improved, but the noise persisted at a lesser degree. To make matters worse, they got up early in the morning and talked loudly. It was unfortunate because we had had no issues for the previous 12 nights.

The staff was kind and helpful
There was a very strong smell of cigarettes smoke in the room, though I asked for a non-smoking room. It took them 3 days to bring us 1 extra towel even though we requested for it in person and over the phone.
