Central, cozy apartment in Playa San Juan

Very central, clean, comfy, everything in the apartment one would need. Cozy bedroom. Nice staff.

Nice and cosy

Nice, clean apartment with a qute balcony and a perfect rooftop teracce. The welcome package was a nice present. Lius at the front desk was great.

Super place

We were welcomed very kindly at the flat and felt comfortable right from the beginning, the employee welcoming us was very kind. The place is well maintained, clean, comfortable and has modern, cozy furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are cozy. The flat is also close to the beach and supermarket. We had a good time there!

Nothing to complain about, everything was super!

Lovely apartment in a lovely little town.

Location in Playa San Juan was great - close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. There were only 2 of us in a 2-bedroom flat with a lovely terrace. The bedroom was spacious with very good closet space for clothes. There was ample hot water for showers and the washing machine was useful. The hosts were very helpful about letting us in early, leaving our luggage at reception and carrying our case up the one flight of steps to the lift.

Perhaps a couple of English channels on the tv? It didn't bother us as we just played some music. We should have stayed longer!

Could have been quieter...

The receptionist was extremely nice. He didn't speak any English, but with a little help of Google translator I could communicate with him. The apartment was really clean and close to supermarket, bus stop and a beach. I absolutely loved 'solarium' - a sunny terrace on the top floor.

There was no kettle available, so we couldn't make tea or coffee as we used pots for cooking. Iron was dirty an I nearly damaged my white dress. It was replaced on my request. There were only 3 pillows available for family of 4 and we had to request the 4th one. There was no duvet available for sofa bed,there was only extra bed sheet and I got really cold during first night. I was given a blanket next morning, but I think a duvet would be better in the winter when temperatures drops to 14-15 degrees at nights and there was no heating. Sofa was really uncomfy. And I didn't sleep well due to the noise on the staircase that other guests were doing at different time of the night. Also, every morning just after 6am there was EXTREMELY noisy road sweeper (?) running around the streets and waking us up. Not a dream holidays as I don't like early mornings, especially during break time!

Eurosant is DEFINITELY the place to stay in Playa San Juan!

I booked this property as a more affordable and expansive option to the Abama hotel. Luis was very responsive and patient as my flight was delayed and checked bag was in a different location, causing me to get to the property much later than planned. I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, silverware, and glasses. I could have have two more people with me and we would have had plenty of space (I booked the Penthouse). The nicest touch was having many clean towels and ample liquid soap. The location was only 6 minutes from the Abama hotel and Luis helped me to secure a reliable taxi service. He also kindly brought my luggage upstairs. Also, there are a few supermarkets and several restaurants in any direction. Playa San Juan is blocks away.

Absolutely nothing at all! Property exceeded my expectations and was a great value for the investment. The pictures are an accurate representation of the accommodations.

I was pleased with my stay, but there was 25 steps to the first apartment.

1500 o`clock,, it is too late on the day i got my key, 1000 o`clock will be better.

The day before the arrival, the host who did not send the bill informed me that he did not get the full money from MY BANK. In the middle of the night, I had to look for a parking spot, despite the fact that the host, at 1 hour, in the morning, at the place of accommodation, is importing into the garage. The host also did not say that the beach is a half-built construction site and it is also located opposite the construction site, where the neighbors cheerfully broke the concrete. The host does not even speak English at all.
