Once again, thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to the opportunity of returning.

The Sky Bar truly stands out as a fantastic place to unwind, offering not only a great selection of drinks but also breath-taking views of the mountains and city. The ambiance created by the combination of a well-curated drink menu and the stunning scenery made my time there truly enjoyable. Moreover, the reception desk made a positive first impression with a friendly and warm greeting upon my arrival. A warm welcome always sets the tone for a great stay, and your reception team did an excellent job in ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the Sky Bar.

While my stay was pleasant, I noticed that the room could benefit from a little sprucing up. The light fitting above the bed appeared to have had a short out at some point, and a bit of attention in this area would contribute to a more polished look. Additionally, a fresh coat of paint on the walls might be worth considering, as they seemed a bit tired.

Breakfast - coffe machine and coffe poor. Restaurant outdated but clean. Skybar was a parody. Opening hours short. Beer just in bottles

The location is good for a day in Sofia and arriving at the airport in the morning.

We were missing a towel to take a shower. I went down to the reception to ask and the man was not nice at all and said in a rude way that he didn't have it and that someone who could bring it would only come in the morning.

Upon check-in after 3:00 PM, the room was not ready. We had to wait for the maid to finish. We were given a non-working access card and late in the evening when we got back to the hotel I had to wait half an hour for a person at the reception to appear and issue us a new card.

Comfortable suit not far from airport

It was not so easy to find. But, the hotel is new, clean and comfortable. We had a big 2-rooms suit, and we are totally satisfied with it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like a breakfast.

Very nice business hotel, just plan your meals outside ;)

Hotel is located very conveniently, close to the city center with tons of restaurants and easy to get to metro. Room was clean and spacious, with place to do some quick work as well. Provided shower gel, shampoo etc. smelled absolutely amazing!

The breakfast. I don't think I have ever experiened a messed up scrambled eggs - till that time. It was really hard to pick something to eat, which was a huge let down. Also the hotel restaurant is only open till 12 noon during the weekends - not helpful when you arrive tired and late on Sunday.

The aircon did not work for 4 nights. The bathroom and area smells of sewage. The breakfast was generally cold and very poor coffee.

Always welcomed at Grami

Grami is our favourite hotel and every time we have to go to Sofia , we stay at Grami. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help , rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and variety.

It was OK.

The staff is polite. There is a private parking free of charge. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was OK.

Hotel is located on a boulevard, it gets a bit noisy.

Nice hotel with great staff

It was 3 night business trip, staff are very polite especially Maria. Everything was clean and cleaned up.

It was not so comfortable to sleep sometimes. My room was on the floor below the restaurant (on 6th floor), during windy nights it was noise because of restaurant outdoors umbrellas. The noise was like a sail. The breakfest was the same during all days.

Smart hotel but do not expect to sleep much

Nice newish building. Quite smart, certainly for Bulgaria. Easy private and free parking. Packed breakfast was a nice touch

Very noisy inside. One because of the busy road next door and two because of a lot of moving chairs etc on the roof. terrace. I did not sleep at all. Not cleaned very well. Hair on the floor and bed.

Superb

-The hotel is around 600 meters to the nearest metro station, we liked it very much. You can reach the center of Sofia in around 20 minutes by metro. - The breakfast is good. - The hotel has a parking lot, it is another plus. - The staff is very polite.
