Fabulous location, spacious clean modern facilities. Truly amazing breakfast, highly recommended.
Only note I have, I'm not a fan of pebble walkways, tricky in heels or if you're a bit elderly and wobbly! Look lovely tho!

The property is pretty and you can see that it was probably very nice in the past, there was a good amount of space in our family room. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
Our room was dated. Some fixtures were broken which made it difficult to use - basin and bath plugs were both off the chains. The basin plug got stuck when used. The beds were comfortable but creaky. The carpet in the room didn’t smell great. Some rubbish had been missed by the cleaner and was left from the previous occupants. The surroundings were dilapidated and could use a tidy.
