Located in Yuma, this attractive house for $139 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our charming farmhouse in the desert! Natural light fills our home through skylights, giving it a warm and inviting feel without bringing in the Arizona heat. With farmhouse decor in a desert setting, it's perfect for couples or families with kids. Enjoy the large patio for social gatherings, sipping cocktails or sunbathing. Conveniently located just 2 miles from grocery and liquor stores, and 5 miles from Downtown Yuma's delicious restaurants. Explore Algondones Mexico in 18 minutes or Glamis Sand Dunes in 40 minutes. Golf course nearby and easy access to San Diego and Phoenix. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 on the curb. Two cameras for owner's security. Pet approval is required with a $75 per dogs guest won't be able to access the garage since I do live in the home for a few months of the year myself. There is plenty of space for two vehicles in the driveway.

Check in was seamless. The home was immaculate! Great entertainment space for families. We loved the layout with the main bedroom separate from the guest rooms. The main bedroom and bath were very spacious. Comfortable beds. The backyard was perfect for our small pooch. Neighborhood is estabished and quiet. The owners are very responsive.

Very clean, nice house. Things were immaculate, and furnished nicely. Hist was extremely accommodating, She checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory, and even gave recommendations for dentist in Algodones.

My husband, myself and my 2 adult sons came down for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Boys had their own room and bathroom. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. I would definitely rent again.

Arrived at our VRBO home after 10 pm, directions were very easy as well as keyless entry. Host was very compliant to requests via email through VBRO web site. Upon checking out we discovered we left and item behind and host made sure it was mailed to us without any fuss. Definity will stay here again!

Wonderful host! Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Comfortable furniture & beds. Very clean & well stocked property. Minor - yet a bit time consuming was need to hand wash forks after each use. Could use a few more, 4 total. Enjoyed using the outdoor patio on a daily basis. March weather in Yuma was beautiful as well as alot of celebrations throughout the town!

The minute we walked in the door we felt at home. It was nice to see all the necessary equipment/supplies in the kitchen, a few groceries for morning and spices in cupboards. Katie was only a text away if needed anything. Great neighbourhood and neighbours. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

The host, Katie, was phenomenal in supporting questions and offering help during our stay. Her home was immaculate! When a new family member walked in, the first thing that came out of their mouths where how impressed they were. All of the necessary kitchen tools where available, linens, towels etc. The furniture was great and the beds and sleeping conditions were great! I highly recommend staying with Katie!

The home was beautiful, and exactly as described. The pics don't do justice to the master bed/bath. It was larger than it looks in the pictures, and were surprised that the bed was queen size. There were some convenient little amenities like a blow dryer which was nice as well.
