There is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and prep utensils. Even with busy times, I never had to wait for a bathroom. The pillows are SO GOOD. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Checkin was easy and fast. The owners are often around cleaning and tending to things, but if they aren't, the people staffing the service phone number are friendly and solve issues fast.
Really don't have much to complain about -- everything was really great, even for a longer stay (two weeks). Only thing is that the only food storage is in the big fridge, so if you have stuff you'd like to keep room temperature, you have to leave it out and hope others don't confuse it for communal goods and take it. I didn't have any problems with that, though!

You get a lot of privacy, despite being in one big room. The mattress took some getting used to, but it was still an okay sleep. If you're looking for a hostel where almost anything is in walking distance, this one's a solid pick.
There was no way to turn off the TV and the Chromecast kept disconnecting every five minutes. The pods weren't noise-cancelling either and seemed pretty cheaply made. The sleep mode button did not work at all and thus made sleeping difficult.
