Ok, so overall the stay was very good, and Andrea our host was good. We would consider staying again as room (A/C), beds and cleanliness were all fantastic, excellent.
When we looked (and still is as of this date-Aug-2026) at the ad for this B&B, we see breakfast as part of the offering, but there was no breakfast, except an offer for us to pay (daily) 10 Euro's per person to have one arranged. Next, the photos listed on the Booking site for this apartment, we all would say are misleading, as they show a 'dinning room', they show an espresso machine with coffee, they show food (Toast and Jam, Eggs, Fresh fruit, Cornetti/Croissants a beautiful table setting with plates, glasses and food), breakfast! Yet, none of that is accurate. There is NO breakfast at this self-proclaimed, B&B, and there are only two bedrooms and a very small, common landing area for both bedrooms where daily water bottles are provided. We did inform we desired espresso coffee in the morning, so Andrea, the host was kind enough to prepare a thermas for us and leave it in the common area, with sugar and spoons to mix. This is not really a complaint as we loved the location, the rooms themselves, and Andrea the host was overall accommodating. However, we kindly ask that there is simple clarity provided regarding breakfast and amenities. The photos of the dining room with table and espresso machine should absolutely be removed as they have 'nothing at all' to do with the accommodations. It is one thing to not state breakfast included, but another to show photos of such and call oneself an B&B.

Super herzlicher Empfang, wir sind etwas später angekommen aufgrund des Verkehrs und haben uns dann mit dem Host verständigt, sodass es kein Problem war!
Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir allerdings auch nicht viel benötigt.
Die Lage ist sehr schön im Bergdorf, es gibt einen großen Platz mit Bar und Restaurants, für alles andere muss man allerdings Auto fahren.
