We actually stayed in a different property owned by same people because in the "Viva Napoli" there were some issues with plumbing in a room we were supposed to stay, and owners offered us a bigger room in a different place, with aircon, balcony, fridge and kitchenette.
We were traveling with friends and they remained in Viva Napoli and we had to move to a different property 500m away which was not very convenient in terms of communication and walking around with all the luggage as we were told about change of property only when we arrived to Viva Napoli. Also there was no reception desk and nowhere to store the luggage after check-out (though they did give us an option to leave our stuff in the property before the check-in). And the vicinity is poor and troubling - better to avoid places near the railway station, it didn't feel safe.
