It was nice and close to the train station The town around the hotel is filthy, but the inside of the hotel is clean and safe.
The breakfast wasn't great. Plastic teaspoons, minimal fruit selection. Just alot of cake selection.

Excellent location friendly and helpful staff. I did not take the breakfast option as there are so many bars and cafes nearby I could take breakfast at different places. Used the hotel restaurant one night for dinner which was outstanding.

Proximity to Naples Central Train Station.
Nothing else unfortunately.
Very expensive compared to what it offers. Old rooms, outdated furniture, very small safe with ordinary lock. No fridge. Old bathroom.
