The staff here really makes a difference! They are kind, helpful, and responsive to any issues you might have. The inn is also very cute, and the rooms are thoughtfully appointed.
Unfortunately there was some serious construction noise during our stay due to demolition across the street. This is not the inn's fault, however.

It’s located in a super convenient neighborhood, but on a very quiet street. The vibe is very cozy and warm. The biggest pro is definitely how welcoming and helpful the staff are - they introduced nearby attractions and food spots, showed me everything about my room and always answered questions on time.
The only thing was my bathroom smelled a bit bad, probably due a combination of the room being on the first floor and an old sewage system. But if you close the door it won’t be too noticeable in the bedroom.

Location was great, quiet and central. Kettle, nice strong fridge, comfortable a/c, movies on the TV, good host, good communication, bottled water provided, very clean, good shower.
A communal water dispenser could avoid having to use many plastic bottles of water, garbage cans could be larger.
