The location was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and showers were nice and modern. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small and the walls were thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The checkin was easy and clear. The dormitory was clean, well-lit and with air-conditionning. I also liked the included lockers and the comfortable bed.
No towels were included with the bed.

It's right on the center of the city, also right next to Nuevos Ministerios, so easy to get there and to get around, it's kinda tricky to get there because it's not that straight forward, but you get used to it, I got a single room and just to be around Madrid was more than enough, and the bed was comphy
The only thing would be that it's close to a bar/disco (not sure) so during nights it was a bit noisy and depends on the people you find, but if you enter through the other side it's way easier.

The bed, once in it, was comfortable, although it was very stuffy and hot.
The room and bathrooms were clean.
The atmosphere, lead by the staff, was, at best, flat. Zero atmosphere, almost totalitarian, with zero space to relax and meet other travellers.
I requested a lower bunk some weeks before my arrival, it turns out I had the top (third level). When I asked if I could possibly be moved I was told there would be a surcharge of 5€. As I felt I had already overpaid for what was on offer I declined.
The area is unpleasant.
