We booked this last minute as our original accommodation had fallen through, and we could not have been luckier! The location was brilliant (as tourists to get into the centre), as well the neighbourhood with some amazing local restaurants and amenities. The staff were all fantastic, kind and, helpful, from check in to the bar staff. The breakfast was generally very good, and perfect to fuel up for a long day out. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation, which would have made the trip even better! Overall, this is a great hotel to have as a base whilst you explore Madrid, and will be returning!

Really enjoyed the stay and a great location to the metro for a direct line to the airport. Line 1 to Puerta de Sol is also a short walk away so perfect for exploring as well without being in the hustle and bustle.
The room was ready so the staff was kind enough to let me check in early so I could relax and get organized before heading out. Pool area also looked great for relaxing as well. I would definitely stay again.
