the location is very nice, just a few steps away from JR Shin Okubo station. there is 7e nearby below, and the area is very strategic. It was our best stay out of all throughout our Japan trip. There’s also elevator

Good value, convenient, tries to serve you like in a regular hotel

Although it's a budget accommodation, it provided items that a regular hotel would, eg. shampoo, body soap, toothbrush and tooth paste packs, towels of different sizes, instant tea and coffee, a kettle, blow dryer, a small fridge, TV, etc. The place was quite clean. Smell could come from the bathtub drain but there was already a notice advising people to keep the drain plugged, which did solve the problem. And yes, it had a tub, be it tiny. It was helpful as my friend and I both caught a cold in the trip and the hot bath was a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. I've read a review saying that leaving the luggage after checkout would cost money but that's true only if you leave it there till past 11 pm. So they kept our luggage for free for over half a day until we picked it up in the evening before we headed to the airport. Location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby (a 7-11 next to the building) . A short walking distance to either Shin-Okubo or Okubo Stations. Near a busy street but pretty quiet inside the room. Would consider going back.

The only weird thing was there was nowhere to put / hang your clothes in the bath. We took the bath stool out of the bathroom so that we could put our clothes there.

Good location, nearby train station. Bed was ok. Spacious room compared to other hotels in tokyo.

WiFi not really good. Bathroom had a sitting shower instead of standing. Window could not open.

the room was spacious and within less than 300m of the yamanote line.

a home away from home

The room has its own bath and toilet. It had two beds and can fit our luggage. It is on the side of a busy main street but still quiet. Convenience store, food places and train station are nearby.

Not much of a deal breaker - it is located in Korea-town.

Very cute place!

I loved the room and the shower room especially! It was a lot roomier than I was expecting. The location is also really good, short walk from the Shin-Ōkubo JR station. I just needed one night before my flight out of Tokyo and it was perfect for that while still being close to places like Meiji Jingu and Harajuku for a quick morning visit. Really cute decor all around too.

I didn't find anything I disliked.

Good, comfy and clean place to stay.

Very good location, near train station with all possible connections, but still quiet, provided that the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and small shops. Good connection to Narita airport . This is perfect place if you are looking for comfy, clean and functional place to spend a night in. We were usually leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. room cleaned daily. Staff very welcoming, speaks some EN.

Great location

Everything was amazing, from the kind staff to the clean rooms. The location was perfect, very close to a station on the Yamanote line, lots of shops and food places nearby. I also think it looks better in person than in the photos. The room was also well-sized. Absolutely loved my stay!

I wish I had another pillow. I only had one, and it was quite small.

Convience of location made for an amazing time in Tokyo

Great location. The room had everything that was needed and the microwave in the lobby came in very handy.

Very good

Very reasonable price. A spacious room. Warm shower with strong water pressure. Better wifi connection ~10Mbps than thought. Within walking distance to a station and Shinjuku.

Cozy, clean, and spacious

The room was clean, the location was cosy to reach by train. The room is spacious with a table and two chairs that make it easy to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the room.

The hotel has not published any guest policy to prohibit the guests from having another guest in the room for a short time, not overnight. I had to pay 3000 yen more to host my friend in my room. Although the price was reasonable, it'd be better if the property published this detail in advance.

Cozy, clean and interesting experience

Although the location is not very close to the main areas of Tokyo, it is alright. I enjoyed the room, cleanliness and staff service.

The bathroom sometimes smelled bad, and the check-in hours are a bit late (after 3 pm). I'd have preferred to check in earlier later.

Good in general, but expensive for its quality.

The room was clean and the facilities inside the room mostly worked well. The location is not also bad, closer to Shinjuku area by train.

There was a smell in the bathroom even if I always kept the tub closed. Also the wifi connection was not good enough for online meetings.
