Second bedroom 2nd floor with full bed and twin bed. Third bedroom 1st floor with two - twin beds. New furniture in kitchen and living room area. New flat screen TV cable/DVD/wireless internet. Full-size washer and dryer. Backyard deck off kitchen, outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs for the beach, etc. The Town of Dennis has some of the finest restaurants, golfing and fishing on Cape Cod for you to enjoy.

Property is very well kept and very clean! Sharing the outdoor shower is still something to get use to but hasn’t been a problem.

Our family had the best week at this cozy cottage. Location, location, location... a short stroll to the beach made this cottage an ideal spot. Plenty of room for 6 adults to relax comfortably. Brand new kitchen, spacious dining area, beautiful view of the water from the master suite deck. Each room had a fan and very comfortable beds. Great breeze at night provided great weather for sleeping. Large back deck with grill and outdoor shower. Joe was very easy to communicate with and helped ensure we had a fantastic family vacation. This is an A++ location, house, and owner. Already booked for next year!!
