Everyone there Carla, Sergio, Jason, Jenny all the people there were friendly, helpful and happy to be of service. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and close to shops, restaurants and a great cafe. The room was huge and had a really comfortable bed. You had a choice for breakfast, the breakfast area turns into a restaurant in the evening which is extremely convenient. If I ever found myself back in Puerto Barrios I'd definitely book here again. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable š

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, just a couple of blocks away from the coastline and a good restaurant. The courtyards were filled with beautiful plants.
The mattresses were hard as a rock. The shower heads were broken. They have the shower heads that heat water on the spot and these were broken so water squirted out of the sides with great pressure getting the entire bathroom wet and the but that rained down was with cutting pressure. The staff gladly changed me yo a different room but the shower head in this next room was just as bad, Rooms 117 and 118.
The rooms have old water damage around the base of the walls.
