Enjoyable stay at a well located central apartment in a traditional Turin tenement. Nice spacious studio room with a good view over the surrounding rooftop.

What more could we ask for! We had a great stay!
The apartment is on the 5th floor, which gave us a great view but it was a lot of walking up and down stairs - probably not a bad thing after eating lots of great Italian food!! We are fit and healthy so it wasn't an issue for us even with hot weather but if you have mobility problems or bad health... bare the 5 flights of steps in mind!
Luckily we were able to use a lift in another part of the building when we arrived to take our suitcases up to the apartment but the lift can't be used for the rest of the stay as we are not left with a key... which was OK for us... Just don't expect to be able to use the lift for your whole stay.
Lots of out door terraces where people eat and drink until very late at night which can be noisy, beware if you want an early night or are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs!! (It didn't bother me as I wear ear plugs and my husband and son can sleep with noise)

Location, lift access, and prompt communication with host. Hit water supply ok.
Not an issue for us, however may prove problematic for other guests: windows are not double glazed and as such very noisy due to restaurants below.
Bathroom: dirty with mould on tiles and shower recess, broken tiles near shower.The photo on booking.com showed a sliding glass door which was important to us - instead it was a shower curtain.
Kitchen: very tired and old - in need of update. Crockery, cutlery and cooking implements appeared to be oddments. Kitchen also dirty. Fridge needed a wipe down.
As two friends travelling together, it was important that we had separate sleeping arrangements. I was charged an extra €15 to have the sofa bed setup. This charge was not on listed on booking.com. On contacting host was told that they treated a booking for two people as requiring a double bed only. I was very disappointed at incurring this charge, as all other accomodations did not charge us for this service.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y del edificio es muy interesante. Tiene parking muy cerca. El barrio tiene un ambiente estupendo para pasar el tiempo y mucha oferta gastronomica. El personal muy atento.
Le hace falta mantenimiento, el suelo está levantado y es peligroso, la cocina está en un estado de mucho deterioro, las camas son incómodas, el aire acondicionado pierde agua. En fin, una pena porque el lugar tiene mucho potencial y encanto.
