L'appartamento è molto carino, nel sottotetto di un palazzo. Spazioso e confortevole. Non ho avuto occasione di usare la cucina ma l'impressione è comunque stata positiva. La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata fluida ed efficace.

It was an a bit different with the lockbox on a bollard but instructions with photos sent to you - it was easy.
This is definitely an apartment in the old town -Torino Centro Historico - you stay here and you know you are in Turin- the apartment is an extension of the streets below.
A rooftop large apartment with plenty of character - when you access it from the cobblestoned narrow streets, the lift for 4 floors and then by an antique stone stair -only one gentle flight, and then a corridor tucked under a sloping roof you open the door and i dare you not to say “wow!”.
A modern bathroom the shower doors leak so be careful), a kitchen /dining, lounge and separate bedroom greet you. I did say it is rooftop so lots of sloping timber-lined ceilings and beams for you to navigate around and under AND lots of limited head height areas but the space is good.
The location is unbeatable, restaurants everywhere, easy walking to everywhere else (don’t miss the museo egipio) and excellent public transport just metres away.
Turin is a real surprise, good value and very few tourists…for now.
I loved the ambience, the aircon and heating worked well, the wifi/internet is good and it is a work in progress with more to be done but well worth a try…watch your head.

OK the shower door leaked lots - a larger underdoor seal or similar will solve that. I pointed it out to the owner and would be sure it has been fixed.

Отличное расположение с прекрасным видом на живописные крыши Турина, колокольни и купола церквей на фоне заснеженных верхушек Альп вдалеке. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания , вплоть до таких необходимых мелочей, как соль, масло, бумажные полотенца для кухни, салфетки и т.п. Кровать в спальне удобная, а в гостиной не очень.
Диван в гостиной для третьего гостя не очень удобный, сильно продавливается, спишь как в гамаке.

Un appartamento davvero carino, ben arredato e con tante piccole attenzioni che fanno sentire subito i benvenuti! C’è tutto il necessario: asciugacapelli, dosatori di sapone e shampoo in doccia e una cucina ben attrezzata.
Molto apprezzati i dolcetti trovati all’arrivo, che immagino siano tipici del posto: un benvenuto decisamente goloso! Ottima anche la dotazione per la colazione, con orzo, caffè solubile e una macchinetta con cialde di buon caffè. Insomma, il risveglio parte con il piede giusto.
La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, consentendoci anche un check-out tardivo. Comodissimo il check-in in autonomia. Bello il panorama sui tetti della città e ottima la posizione: bastano pochi minuti per raggiungere praticamente tutto.
Solo un consiglio e una nota.
Rimetterei le tendine ai lucernai della camera da letto: i ganci ci sono già, quindi immagino fossero presenti in passato. Il sole è bello, ma poter scegliere di non svegliarsi all’alba sarebbe ancora più bello! 😊
Da tenere presente anche l’accesso: l’ascensore è un po’ stretto e, una volta arrivati all’ultimo piano servito, restano due rampe di scale e un ballatoio da percorrere per raggiungere l’appartamento. Un dettaglio utile da sapere, soprattutto con bagagli ingombranti o difficoltà a fare le scale.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole, in un appartamento accogliente e curato, con una proprietaria che sa far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio!
